At Mocka, we want you to love your new furniture, which is why we offer a 30-day change of mind return policy for most items. All returned products must be in their original, unassembled condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mocka account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a request.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the item and pack it back into its original box with all protective inserts, hardware, and assembly manuals included.

• 3.
  Arrange Shipping

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
